• Produces less foam and requires less working fluid, ensuring efficient processing.

• Does not affect dry or wet rubbing fastness, especially suitable for microfiber polyester.

• Delivers a superior hand feel with outstanding smoothness and flexibility on:

  • Polyester velvet

  • Polyester–cotton velvet

  • Cotton ammonia

  • Cotton brocade

  • Polyester–cotton blends

  • Polyester–ammonia blends

  • Leather and many other fabrics

• Offers strong adsorption, easy absorption, and no silicone oil spots, making it reliable for all standard soft-finishing applications.

Application Guidelines

Processing Method:

Dip-rolling (padding) for printing & dyeing semi-finished products.

Working Solution:

One or two dip-rolling → Drying → Setting

Recommended Dosage:

10–30 g/L (depending on fabric type)

Soaking Rate:

70% ± 5%

Drying Temperature:

150–160°C

Time:

0.5–3 minutes

Packaging & Storage

• Non-dangerous goods

• 125 kg plastic drum with inner liner

• Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place

• Avoid high temperature and direct sunlight

• Shelf life: 6 months
