TS-539 is a high-performance cationic polymer-based fixing agent designed to improve wet and dry fastness of dyed fabrics. When combined with TS-601, it can help achieve up to 4.5 dry and wet fastness, making it ideal for sulfur dyes, direct dyes, and indigo-dyed textiles.

Application Instructions

Preparation

• Rinse dyed fabrics thoroughly (soaping if necessary) to remove residual dyes, salts, and alkalis before fixation.

Impregnation Method

• Dosage: 0.3–1% (o.w.f)

• Bath Ratio: 1:10

• Temperature & Time: 30–50°C (86–122°F) × 3–5 min

Procedure:

1. Immerse pre-rinsed dyed fabric in TS-539 solution at 30–50°C.

2. Run for 5–8 minutes.

3. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
