Application Instructions

1. Continuous Padding Method

• Pickup: 60–90%

• Bath Temperature: ~20°C

• Drying: 110–130°C

• Baking: 150°C × 4–5 minutes

Stenter Process:

• 1st zone: 110°C

• 2nd zone: 130°C

• 3rd zone: 150–180°C

• Total processing time: 40–70 seconds

2. Garment Dipping Method

1. Soak garments for 10–15 minutes

2. Desize to 60–80% pickup

3. Tumble and dry to 80–90% moisture content

4. Iron

5. Oven bake at 150°C × 8–12 minutes

Important Notes

To meet Eco-Standard formaldehyde limits, ensure:

1. Fabric contains no residual alkali or buffering agents

2. Catalysis and baking are complete for proper crosslinking

3. Do not use formaldehyde-containing auxiliaries (e.g., cationic fixing agents)

4. Dosage stays within recommended range

Workplace Safety:

• N-methylol finishing can release formaldehyde—ensure proper ventilation

• Storage or processing areas for finished fabrics must be well-ventilated
